Third-Party Web Sites and Applications
Third-Party websites and applications are Web-based technologies that are not exclusively operated or controlled by the Go Direct campaign. Separate and apart from your access to this www.GoDirect.org website, the Go Direct campaign, sponsored by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), uses its Go Direct campaign YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/GoDirectUSTreasGov) to further the public education goals of the campaign. FMS does not disclose any sensitive but unclassified, or personally identifiable information, through its Go Direct campaign YouTube channel.

Go Direct campaign videos posted on the YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/GoDirectUSTreasGov) by FMS can be viewed without registering with YouTube or Google (YouTube owner) or subscribing to the channel. However, if  visitors want to subscribe (or follow) the campaign YouTube channel, they must create an account at www.YouTube.com. To create a YouTube account, you must provide to YouTube some personal information, including your email address and password. Some of this information you provide to YouTube, including your age (if you choose to make it public), may be publicly available, but you can modify how much of your information is visible by changing your privacy settings at YouTube.com. Go Direct campaign representatives take note of the number of subscribers to the YouTube channel, as well as the number of video views, but FMS does not collect comments or messages through its YouTube Channel. Subscribing to the YouTube channel does not constitute an endorsement by FMS or the Go Direct campaign of the subscriber. Once on YouTube, a YouTube user, including a subscriber, is subject to the YouTube privacy policy which is available at http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy_at_youtube.
