About Agency Accounting Division

The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Agency Accounting Division is a proven leader in federal financial management consulting and education in the marketplace. By means of interagency agreements, we bring to your federal agencies professional federal financial management consulting and training efforts that assist your missions, your employees, and garner success in your workplace. If your federal agency needs federal financial management consulting support and standard general ledger training at your locations do not hesitate to contact us.

How To Obtain Consulting and Educational Support

In order to receive our support, have your federal business managers, training officers, or contracting representatives contact our office by email at Ronald Bollinger.

If you are interested in obtaining our federal financial management consulting support, send an email to the above address and provide the following: (1) the specific nature of your needs; (2) the period of contractual support that you will require our services; (3) your agency’s point of contact for discussions; and, (4) any related information that you deem appropriate. After our joint discussions, a governmental interagency agreement will be developed that both parties will sign and execute. Our billable fee-for-service consulting rates will be negotiated with your agency during joint discussions. Once an interagency agreement is in force, we will provide the required services and will process monthly IPAC billable fee-for-service transactions to receive payment from you for the negotiated service.

If you are interested in having our senior federal financial management trainers come to your agency’ training facility and instruct – deliver federal financial management standard general ledger courses, please review our Training & Education Catalog, on our website (Agency Accounting Division) to denote the titles and course content of the courses that we offer. When you have determined the courses and how many employees that you need trained, send an email to Ronald Bollinger. After our joint discussions and verbal agreements, an interagency agreement will be furnished for both parties to sign and execute. Here are a few points to consider:

  1. There must be a minimum of thirty (30) federal employees attend each course that we deliver at your training facility.
  2. No more than thirty (30) federal employees scheduled by you to attend any single course that we deliver at your training facility.
  3. All of our standard general ledger courses are two (2) days in length.
  4. We can, and often do, deliver back-to-back courses at government training facilities.
  5. The per student fee that you pay for our fee-for-service deliveries will be negotiated during our joint interagency agreement discussions.
