Action Planning for your TRS Transition Webinar

BEFORE the Webinar date/time, check your system to be sure you have Microsoft's "Live Meeting" loaded on the computer from which your agency will be viewing the Webinar. These screen shots (PDF file) will walk you through the process of accessing Live Meeting through the Web, so you will not have to install the software.
Invite others in your agency that should participate in the Webinar. (Please be sure to coordinate with all the participants at your agency about viewing the Webinar together. Remember, the TRS Team is requesting each agency location do this in order to maximize the number of agencies that can participate.)
At the time of the Webinar:
a. Click here to access the Live Meeting portion of the TRS Webinar.
b. Enter the information below to access the meeting:

c. Use the following toll-free number and passcode to access the audio portion of the meeting:

The TRS meeting should already be populated. However, if you need to complete the form yourself, enter the following information:
Please DO NOT forward the Webinar link and password information you received to others who are not registered. The TRS Team has reserved a limited number of lines for Webinar registrants to participate. If you registered to view the Webinar as a group - please do so. Should members of your group choose to change and participate individually, or forward the information to others who are not registered - you and others may risk not being able to participate in the Webinar, if all the lines are used.
