Agency User Roles

PLSA (Primary Local Security Administrator)

As a PLSA, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain the users of SAM within your high level organization. You will have the ability to view and run reports and download ALCs.

LSA (Local Security Administrator)

As an LSA, your primary responsibility is to assist the PLSA in creating and maintaining the users of SAM within your organization. You may be able to maintain users throughout the organization or you may be limited to only a portion of the organization hierarchy. You will have the ability to view and run reports and download ALCs.

CFA (Cash Flow Administrator)

As a CFA, you will be responsible for creating and managing cash flows your agency. You will be able to manage access group default rules, verify C-Key translations, view reports and download ALCs.

AV (Agency Viewer)

As an AV you will have the ability to view access group default rules, verify C-Keys translations, view reports and download ALCs.

DD (Data Download)

As a DD user, you will have the ability to download ALCs.
