Customer Advisory Board

The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) for the Kansas City Financial Center (KFC) has been established to provide customer agencies a forum to express ideas, concerns and suggestions, and to have input into program planning and product development. The benefit to all is in strengthening relationships and ensuring ongoing communications.

All customer agencies of KFC are invited to become CAB members and participate in the semi-annual meetings.

CAB Chair: Joe Vitale, NFC (2006 - present)

Mr. Vitale previously served as CAB Vice Chair from December 2004 through December 2006.

"It has been my honor and privilege to support this excellent organization. It has been instrumental in forging numerous process improvements since its inception. It's not only an avenue for us as customers of KFC to stay abreast of Treasury/Financial Management Service (FMS) products and services, it also provides a forum in which to voice our collective concerns from a client perspective since often we deal with the same day-to-day operational issues within the Federal community. As a member of the KFC CAB, we are able to develop or recommend enhancements for these common concerns as part a larger unit, and therefore have a stronger influence in gaining support for process improvements and enhancements. Lastly, it provides an opportunity for us to strengthen our relationship with KFC management and staff, FMS Headquarter and Regional personnel, and with other CAB members and their organizations. CAB Vice Chair: Debbie Byrd, CDC (2006 - present)

Ms. Byrd will assume the CAB Chair position in December 2008.
