2nd Annual Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) Agency Forum

Please join the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) team for our 2nd annual IPP agency forum and learn how IPP is advancing electronic invoicing in the federal government.

Time:  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

The day-long event will include a morning general session with updates from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of the Fiscal Service. There will also be a panel discussing the benefits of IPP to the federal financial, acquisition/procurement and vendor communities.

Guest speakers include:

Afternoon sessions include:

  • IPP: The Basics and Beyond - Learn how IPP is helping agencies to save taxpayer dollars, improve financial management and make it easier to do business. In addition to a demo of IPP, we will discuss the value-added services provided, features, benefits and status of the program. You will also hear from IPP experts who focus on implementation, vendor outreach and enrollment, training and customer service best practices.
  • Standardizing, Gathering and Presenting Metrics – Learn how Treasury went about standardizing, gathering and presenting metrics for all Treasury bureaus. This will be an interactive session, where agencies can contribute how and what information they are tracking to measure success.

  • IPP and CGI: Gaining Momentum – Learn how CGI is collaborating with the IPP team to help agencies gain “momentum” and reap the benefits of electronic invoicing. Hear about lessons learned while building the interface between Momentum and IPP.
  • IPP User Group Meeting(open to current IPP users only) – In this session, we will discuss emerging changes in IPP and gather requirements to enhance IPP in the future.
  • Tour of the U.S. Capitol (optional) – Join us for a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building which is among the most architecturally impressive and symbolically important buildings in the world. Space is limited.
