Treasury Reporting Rates of Exchange
as of June 30, 2009

Amendment No. 1

For reporting purposes, substitute the following rates of exchange for October, November and December 2009 transactions.

  Cayman Islands-Dollar 1.2340
  Colombia-Peso 1836.50
[1] Cyprus-Euro .6690
[1] Malta-Euro .6690
[2] New Turkmenistan-Manat 2.8430
  Seychelles-Rupee 9.6990

[1] Cyprus Pound and Malta-Lira redominated its currencies. Their currencies is now the Euro Zone-Euro effective January 1, 2008.

[2] New Turkmenistan-Manat went into effect January 12, 2009.

[3] Cayman Islands went into effect August 1, 2009.
