The Green Book is a guide for ACH payments either originated or received by the federal government.

Questions concerning non-federal government ACH payments should be directed to the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) or a local ACH association in your part of the country or your financial institution. FMS is unable to answer questions regarding non-federal government ACH payments.
