IPAC Bulk File Reporting Addendum

Effective March 27, 2006, IPAC manual upload bulk file users will no longer need to use Secure Transport to upload IPAC/RITS Bulk Files there is an option on the IPAC Main Menu and the RITS Main Menu called Bulk File Upload.

On October 11, 2003, enhancements were implemented in support of: (1) FMS' Governmentwide Accounting Modernization Project (GWA), (2) Intra-governmental Transaction Elimination Efforts and (3) OMB's Intra-governmental Transaction Portal (IGTP).
