IPAC Bulk File Formats

FMS has revised the IPAC bulk file layout in direct support of several initiatives including: (1) FMS' Governmentwide Accounting Modernization Project (GWA) and (2) Central Transformation Team Efforts to Improve Intragovernmental Reporting. These layout changes include validations of the Receiver and Sender DUNS, Receiver and Sender DUNS+4 and the DODAAC fields only when values are entered. A bulk file layout has been added for Sender Initiated Adjustments.
