ReportingTransactionEffectiveDate [0..1] CCYY-MM-DD The date upon which the ALC actually began reporting Payment transactions to GWA. IsBusinessTransactionTypeReporter [0..1] 1|0 Indicates whether this ALC is or will be a Payment reporter "1", or if this ALC is not a reporter "0". BusinessTransactionType [0..1] Payment, Collection, IPC Indicates whether this record is either a Payment, Collection, or IPC.
