(A) You have received a delinquent debt notice from the U.S. Department of the Treasury indicating the consequences for non-repayment of your federal debt. Instead, please call our Debt Management Center toll free at (888) 826-3127 to speak with one of our representatives. See the attachment below for international calls. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., CST.
(B) You have questions regarding the offset of your federal tax refund or offset of another U.S. government- issued payment. You can call our Treasury Offset Program (TOP) Call Center to obtain agency contact information. Toll Free: (800) 304-3107; TDD number: (866) 297-0517.
