This form is for federal agencies, that process payroll in-house, to provide their status on the implementation and processing of EFT/EDI CSP. It is essential to provide this information in order for the federal government to monitor its progress toward two of its major goals:

• Being a model employer in the processing of timely child support payments to State enforcement agencies on behalf of federal employees.
• Developing an all-electronic payment environment.
