Training & Reference

All Fifth Third Direct users should attend a Fifth Third Direct training session. These training sessions provide specific focus on Federal Agency reporting requirements. These sessions are offered every Tuesday at 2:00 PM, EST.

Please contact FMS for webinar access information.

Users are encouraged to attend multiple sessions for refresher training.

Fifth Third has established a dedicated support team for Federal agencies.

This number should be utilized for general questions, terminal support, reconciliation questions, to order supplies, and for help with Fifth Third Direct. There are specially trained staff members available 24/7 to assist you.
