Recipient Organizations: Handbooks, Guides, Forms, and Payment Formats

To enroll in ASAP, the Payment Requestor and/or Recipient Organization will be advised by their Federal Program Agency that the FMS Regional Financial Center will be contacting them prior to submitting any forms. The Regional Financial Center will instruct the Payment Requestor and/or Recipient Organization on the appropriate forms needed for enrollment.
