For Requests Submitted Outside of Standard Operating Hours:
For support requests submitted before 6:30 AM CT Monday through Friday (except Federal Holidays), the ASAP Customer Support staff will respond by 9:30 AM CT that business day.

For support requests submitted after 5:30 PM CT on Monday through Friday, or on weekends or Federal Holidays, the ASAP Help Desk Customer Support staff will respond by 9:30 AM ET the following business day.
